Hello Fellow Eagles,

  We do not have a lot going on for September, just going to lay low in September.

  We are going to start up some of our cold weather activities in October, yes I said cold weather, and can you believe our summer is almost come to an end. In October Fish Fries, Burger Night and Euchre Night will start back up again.

  The West Branch Eagles is the hosting Eagles district meeting in September. The meeting will be on September 19th at 2:00pm. I would like to see all the officers and as many members show up for this as possible. The Auxiliary will be putting on a great meal after the meeting. Everyone that comes to the meeting gets a meal ticket and those with a ticket get to eat. The Men’s Meeting will be in the pavilion and the Ladies Meeting will be in the back room. The meal will follow the meeting.

  The attendance of our Eagles is down by at least 35%. A lot of that has to do with the smoking ban. Our government told us that is what we wanted (BS). So we need some of non smokers (which I am one of them) to help us out with some of our lost revenue. So please come out and help support you local Eagles. Thank you in advance.

  The Tent Party and Corn Roast attendance was way down this year, hope to see you next year, but all of us that showed up had a blast.

  If you have not paid your dues for this year, you will be dropped on September 15th. Please don’t pay Aeries and Auxiliary dues on the same check, we have different bank accounts. For Aeries dues make your checks payable to F.O.E. #3646 and for Auxiliary dues make your check payable to F.O.E. 3646 Aux. Please let us know when you pay your dues, if you want us to leave your card behind the bar or mail to you, mailing it to you cost the club more money. When you pay your dues, please give us your name, Grand Aerie ID Number, current address, date of birth, current phone number and email address (if you have one). The computer systems will not accept your payment without this info, if you have no phone, tell us that and we will enter no phone. In order to save our club money on postage, please provide the club with your email address when you pay your dues and we won’t mail you a newsletter. You can read it on the the website instead.
